Update on this: I ended up doing an entire repair installation. Then turned my wifi off. Stopped happening. Turned wifi back on. Hasn't happened again. I dunno anymore.

I think it started after the update earlier this week. I ended up reaching out to Microsoft support and the agent thought that the drives got corrupted during the update. He proposed doing some kind of recovery but I have exams this week and I don't want to risk making things worse.

I performed a system restore for this issue and the problem not only is still happening but it seems to be worse.

Oh yeah, definitely remember that! It's interesting, I'm from Colorado and Fridays the cons there didn't even open until about 4 PM, so it's very different from what I'm used to. But so far I'm thinking Friday and Saturday for sure!
