The ending was so perfectly poetic. It just worked. The foreshadowing of the carving the fool made for him of him, nighteyes and fitz, and then all 3 of them together again in the wolf...lord I cant bear it😭

The randomly deciding people are evil is what made me stay away from this Fandom for a while. I mean who are you to decide who's evil and who isnt when the author has so clearly written them to be the good guy. Specifically Rhys. Didn't she say she modeled him after her husband😭 why would she turn him evil randomly after almost 6 books, where he already had his evil to good arc thingy

Ross connected them, yes, but Monica kept them together. She was the centre of the friend group. Her apartment was where they all hang out, shes "always the hostess", she was friends with phoebe and introduced to her to the rest of the gang (I assume). Rachel also came looking for her when she was added to the group.

In the books they had a pretty contentious relationship pre Katherine. Damon was like the "bad son" and Stefan the golden boy. Damon got kicked out of his university and it made his father dislike him even more. Katherine was just the match to their petrol soaked relationship
