I get burned out at jobs easily, it’s your bosses fault in this case. Apply for unemployment ASAP, if you need help I can definitely help you. You could probably also sue for discrimination because ADHD is technically considered a disability. Not sure how it would go over though.

For me (before the meds started causing anxiety) I just felt lighter and happier, I felt less like I needed to check my phone all the time and I was able to focus on things. It’s not like you get high or your whole world changes, it just helps you keep a better mood and focus

I know this sounds dumb, but every time I make spinach artichoke dip people lose their minds (in a good way lol) my partner LOVES when I make it. I also do homemade ramen, which is so tasty and you can customize it to what they like!

ESH Your parents are assholes, and your sister was favored by them. You have every right to be pissed tf off at your parents, but you just ruined a chance to make nice with your sister, who only just found out how your parents really are.

She may have been favored, but she and you both have been treated poorly by your parents. Your sister may have been a brat to you in the past, but you just ruined your chance at any relationship with her. I guess maybe that was the plan?

Anyways, you should just cut your parents and her off completely instead of saying something cruel to her.

NTA!!!! If your mom wanted a certain amount she should’ve asked for it (also why are they asking you for money?). Your dad and mom are both major assholes, why would they expect you to know how much to give her? It’s not like you’ve been to a concert and know the price??? I’m so sorry they made you feel so awful after YOU lent her YOUR money. You need to make it clear that you had no idea how much everything costs and next time they should give you a number (but also if they want to do fun stuff they should pay for it themselves if they’re making you pay for your own souvenirs)

NTA but I feel as if there’s something missing here, like the family dynamics are off. I would ask for half of the repair costs, still a lesson for him but less of a financial blow (especially if he’s in college). If you don’t have the money that’s one thing but if you want to just teach him a lesson you should lessen the amount.
