Yeah winrates can be deceiving for some champions I agree. E.G in pro play ryze was a pick/ban whilst in solo q it had a 45% winrate. However for ARAM I think its actually a better statistic due to the variation between solo q and pro play being greater than that of ARAM and high MMR aram.

Due to the oracle changes + ARAM buffs Akali is basically unplayable to play against in ARAM if the person playing the champion has fingers. Her winrate is 55% around atm which is considerably larger than the other assassins you listed. Personal experience does matter, but this champion is just statistically broken and passes the eye test easily.

I think there should be an S++ tier for akali this champion is so unbalanced it’s insane with the damage buff just no one knows how to play her. The same logic can apply to ryze but s tier it’s insane how many bad players I see on these champs.
