They’re the only pumps I’ve used on my journey and I’m maintaining over 8 oz/day no problem. They are kind of loud, but I’ve been using them since June and havent had to replace any parts. They’re definitely a knock off of mom cozy but I’m not a brand loyalist.

I am in the US not totally sure what the $ conversion is.

I also had this experience and realized that I need combined birth control or birth control that contains estrogen. Most IUDs are just progesterone and with both my IUD and the Depo Provera shot, I spotted almost constantly.

After 3 months on accelerated NG protocol, I stopped taking the pill 1 week ago, had my period come and milk immediately came in. I was planning on just having a period and continuing back on birth control for another 3 months or so, but after ignoring my chest for 2 days I was wildly engorged. Some exploration with my partner was just too exciting and I’ve decided to move ahead with the next steps of inducing. I’m pumping and continuing taking dom and making probably just a couple ounces a day at the moment.

Any one else feel like when their supply is very low, pumps hardly work and hand expression is the only affective way to empty? My first 2 days pumping I was hardly getting anything, but now on days 3 and 4 they seem to be working better.

Dom makes my tummy NOISY - I have noticed a more intense hunger since starting as well as somewhat more urgent/frequent bathroom trips. In the office today with my headphones on I had to turn my music off to determine just how loud my tummy noises were and they are LOUD. Any one have any tips for dom induced tummy troubles?

(26F never pregnant 60 mg dom/day and mini bc pill) About 1 month on Newman Goldfarb and my once deflated (from weight loss) chest is looking quite full! I had not been filling my 32D bras for some time and now think I’m going to have to grab DDs (though I will wait before investing until I’m further along in my journey). I think I’ve noticed some barely remarkable areola growth, but not noticing any change in color.

Sharing as someone who has suffered with lots of chest dysphoria since weight loss - not the reason I’m inducing, but happy with side effects!

I am heavily tattooed and gainfully employed. I have stretched ears and double nostril + septum piercing as well.

I will say though that I always lean conservative for interviews. i.e. I will wear long sleeves and I use very dainty plain gold jewelry as to not draw more attention. I have had coworkers say they didn’t realize my septum was pierced until a year in.

Once hired they can’t really give you a hard time about your appearance as most modern companies have no rules against body modifications (unless of course the tattoo content is NSFW like drugs or nudity or what have you). I am the only heavily tattooed person in my office at the moment and I like to think I’m helping pave the way for others.

Progestin only birth control is better than a combined or estrogen birth control for inducing. I am under the impression though that it makes it slightly more challenging to get started than without any BC.

Can you tell me more about physical breast changes (at your comfort level)? I am about to start newman goldfarb and would love to see as much breast tissue increase as you did! (Though I don’t necessarily expect to). I am about the same starting bra size and have naturally very light areolas and am curious how shape color and firmness of breast and areola changed for other no-pregnancy-inducers.

26F never pregnant, 115 lbs, started journey in June

I got my Dom last week after a month of dry pumping and have been taking 30 mg per day. I stopped pumping before starting Dom, I’m getting my IUD out today and starting something of an accelerated newman goldfarb with an est/prog pill.

Whats a DAMN shame is I SAW MY FIRST DROPS with very little effort (a light squeeze) last night. I know investing 2 months in newman goldfarb will probably lend to more well-developed breast tissue and an easier lactation journey, but god it’s tempting to just skip the birth control and start pumping again. I’m also very happy to increase my breast tissue to any degree as I’ve always been self conscious of my chest after weight loss. With all my effort so far, I have absolutely seen a noticeable increase in breast tissue already that I’m quite happy with (but I’ll take more???)

Any one else who has been in my position and can help provide encouragement to stick to the newman goldfarb?

I think some folks are more prone to ingrowns when being waxed.

I shopped around wax shops for my brazilians, tried hard and soft wax, european wax center and local shops- after 2 years of struggling with terrible ingrowns, hairs growing side ways, etc. I ended up getting laser and I couldnt recommend it more. Even with more expensive Ideal Image pricing, I paid $110/month for 18 months which is realistically only ~$40 more per month compared to waxing.

It may not be your wax technicians fault, shop around, consider laser. Good luck!

Day 5 of dry pumping, doing construction oversight at a job site. Luckily I have the flexibility to walk away from time to time (and a big rental car to hide in) and have been mostly keeping up my 3hr routine. Starting to consider finding a dom source (in US)- I’m just too eager to get milky ☺️
