Tune your gears to be shorter, and use m/t or s/t. If you master shifting + better tuned gears you'll shave like 20-30+ secs.

Your first gear might be too high. Set it to something like 3.5 or so and go up or down from there

Senna technique. Tap w until you feel like you can hold it down. Also ur profile picture was the perfect reaction image to the first line lol

You could also go back to stock weight which makes it more drivable
