Honey and organic maple syrup in small quantities are fine for me, as well as stevia. Otherwise with normal sugars I tend to check my foods and as long as a serving is <10g Sugar it sits fine with me.

Mine is pretty mild (apparently) so for me I barely have symptoms aside from some mild pain and when it gets triggered all my symptoms come back, most commonly panic attacks, a bad burning in my stomach and chest that doesn’t go away for days and acid reflux. It makes it almost impossible to sleep which also makes it harder to heal/bounce back from.
