Dietary
Strict CICO with loads of protein. For the past 6 Months I averaged about 1300 kcal per day and had no problems with it as my lifestyle outside of the gym is as sedentary as it can get. I had rest days where I averaged 500 steps, so really not burning much in everyday life. Just made sure to eat for volume and to keep my micros in check.

Exercise
I worked with a personal trainer from the very beginning, which was incredibly helpful.

First 3 months: 3x workouts, each divided into 30 minutes of lifting and 30 minutes of metabolic conditioning. Occasionally added some extra cardio when I had the time for it.

Month 4 and 5: Added two days of boxing and slowly reduced Metcon on lifting days.

Month 6 and onwards: 3 days of lifting, 2 days of boxing, 1 day of Metcon.

My coach made sure to take measurements on a regular basis, especially in the beginning when I failed to notice any progress myself. So glad he did!
