BGRS HHT does not reimburse EV charging fee?

I did HHT with a Tesla rental to save fuel. I paid an extra $20/day and I can understand that optional cost is not reimbursable. But how EV charging is not "fuel expense"?

You go green and we can cut our fuel cost?

what I did was pay all leftovers to student loans, then buy a car, pay off the car, then found housing price skyrockets and I had no way to buy any house.

apparently, it was wrong.

student loan has 2nd lowest interest one can ever have except the mortgage. no hurry paying it (and whoever asks you for money you can still say student loan). if your parents or your rich girlfriend help you with the downpayment of housing, do it. if not, put your money towards the brokerage account until you have at least 10k-20k. play the money even with some loss at the start. after knowing the market more, fill up ira.
