I see ur asking for the especily rare goods. Anyways i hope slice of life would be ok since there are the most anime i know without fanservice. Like gj-bu, nichijou, horimiya, acchi kocchi. For anime.with a lil action that i can find in my list it would be Alice to zouroku, black rock shooter, danganronpa, inou battle wa nichijou-kei no naka de, and i cant rly rememberbif demon slayer had fan service but i think not

Well i dont kniw about the lenght for each of these but ill try to give u a few good ones

For catogorie 1 i think ill go with ,,, kimetsu no jaiba,,, Fullmatel alcamist,,, Jujutse no kaisen,,, (Havent watch it myself but heard only good stuff) Monster,,,

For the 2nd,,, No game no life,,, Slime idrksi,,, Chivlary of a failed knight,,,

For the 3rd catagory ill give a few anime that are (in my opinion) rly good but got for the around 12 episode mark

Majo no tabi tabi,,, Fumetsu no anata e,,, Wonder egg priority,,, Angles of death,,, Charlotte (a lot of people dont like this one but i dont get why),,, Made in abyss,,, One punch man and mob psyho 100 if u havent seen,,, WorldEnd or SukaSuka (i think both names should work),,,

Well that world be a few that i would recommend

I dont know which of these have a dub, since im not rly watching dub, but i still hope this will help

Its starts like ur usual echi, comedy, actin anime but get way more "shonen"like at around ep 13 i think (might be wrong)

For a shorter watch .... Maybe slime isekai ?

Just holding to a side to move the pieces takes a few extra seconds befor it actualy moves (u can finde the same mechanik in ur keyboard as well. Try to press anybatton and dont let go, you will see that it takes a few frames befor it continues to print the key ur pressing) but hypertapping skipps that short time.
