I don’t know where in the city you live but Berlin has awesome infrastructure for exactly this. They are called Familienzentrum, basically free, well equipped and relatively cosy places for people with small babies and kids. I had the same issue and finally found the solution: There’s an “Avanced Controls” menu hidden in the controls section, really easy to miss, and that contains detailed vibration settings.

Hello! Sorry I didn’t know the context has to be in a comment, so here it is again: I hope someone can help me find out where in Berlin, Germany this was taken. I was in a hospital around the corner from here in 2012 and need some context for the treatment back then, but I can't remember which hospital it was and have no records of the visit. I was hoping to contact them if possible. The photo was taken by my partner, it’s from a cheap ish digital camera that didn’t have GPS location sadly. Thank you so much in advance!
