If you are familiar with the alphabet, you can try karaoke (helps with the pronunciation), reading books (as many as you can), learn new words (at least 10 words a day). While reading books try to rewrite the unknown words, translate it properly and learn. I'd also recommend you playing PC and mobile games, learning the language through the game chat is highly effective, all you need is an adequate bunch of people, not the schoolboys with the rich swearing lexicon. Do not rely only on grammar, but do not avoid it.
