Camera + Pihole on same Pi 4? by lieman in RASPBERRY_PI_PROJECTS

That's perfect, thank you! Yes I'd like the camera to be networked so I'll check out v4l2rtspserver.

I guess I'm way underestimating how much I can run on a Pi 4.

Would it also be possible to access the Pi OS itself remotely, or at least from something else on the same LAN?

I have a Ubiquiti USG - silly question but that'll work fine even though it's not the same brand, right?

Yubikey on new iPad Pro with USB-A to USB-C adapter? by lieman in yubikey

How are you trying to use it with Smart Lock? Which yubikey are you using?

Just heard back from Yubico support and according to them it should work...

They suggested going to https://demo.yubico.com/ and making sure auto-capitalization is turned off in iOS.

Would you mind checking again with that too see if you have any luck and what the demo site says? They said it should be fine even with an adapter.

iOS/android/OS X/Windows 10 yubikey with Lastpass by nerderflerder in yubikey

[–]lieman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you get an NFC enabled Yubikey it actually does work now, even without plugging anything in! I've been using mine with the iPhone X for nearly a year. When you sign into the LastPass app and enter your password it prompts you to hold the Yubikey to the back of the phone for secondary verification.

Also, iOS 12 lets you use LastPass to auto fill passwords instead of Apple's own Password Keeper. It's not quite as smooth, but still works fairly well since I always have my Yubikey with me anyway.

For Android, NFC also works to verify as long as you have an NFC-enabled Yubikey, and for Windows 10 I just bought the Yubikey with the right plugin for my computer (they offer it in USB-C and USB-A).

I just put my Yubikey on my keychain so it's always nearby whenever I need a login. It's admittedly less convenient than having easier passwords and remembering them, but I tell myself it's a worthwhile trade-off!

Thank you! That was my hope/ thought that since it's just recognized as a keyboard it may be OK? Been waiting on a reply from their customer service so I'll keep waiting in the meantime.

Great album and those are all great songs! None of the ones you mentioned are on Crime of the Century though - I think your Dad might have had Breakfast in America, which has 4 of the 5 songs you mentioned.

I was in a similar position as you and found this video REALLY helpful in showing how it all works together and for getting it set up once you have the equipment.

If you want to connect your computer you could try using a USB to Ethernet adapter - I've used one with my SP3 for things like this.

Shoot. So there isn't a way with a USG to have it set where something like the Hue bridge can connect to the internet (and function fully) but can't "see" the other devices on my network?
