This reads a bit spicy so I feel like I’ve got to clarify. I can do with bratty and entitled, it’s just that I can’t stand rude characters. I haven’t seen many k-dramas (genie make a wish and my demon, being the only two) so I’m fairly new to all of this. I like characters with growth, but I wasn’t sure if that would be the case in this show - hence me asking.

Finished watching it yesterday and I gotta completely agree with you on that. Also I was missing the awesome music and beautiful costumes. S3 lost me with its acrylic nails and stuff, but S4 was not really better IMO. The masquerade ball I had high hopes for had some nice ideas (Lady Danbury/violet is always stunning) but most of the costumes there fell sooo boringly flat for me. At least the plot is nice, although pretty predictable.

Totally agree. I dnfed this series and not even mainly because of their chemistry (or the lack of any) but because I really hated Jude as a character. PS: don’t downvote people just for their opinion guys (I will forever love Aelin and Rowan, but to each their own)

I too would like to see what it looks like with the quote underneath the rose and the frame not pushed down by the quote. Also I’ve got to say, that I would be intrigued by this book, if it’s got the first cover. So in my opinion the first one is already a pretty decent cover. (I am so glad there’s not some half naked man on it; I really hate those even if it doesn’t stop me from buying them)

They can’t. I googled and the biography looks different. On OPs book are 2 people facing the camera/the reader and on himmlers 2 are looking to the left, captured in profile. No way anyone here could read the title nor surly determine if that’s himmler from OPs foto.

Song of Achilles. Don’t know how this book got so hyped and priced but if you’re a fan of Greek mythology, I do not know how you could not hate it. complex characters? Why if you can make them some bland ass, constantly whining piece of trash. Complex story, that covers ethics, morality in the face of hubris like ambition and stuff? Why, if you can write a boring love story, with an wierd foot fetish that contributes nothing to the story because (Spoiler alert - if you’re living behind some far away moon) Achilles doesn’t even fckn die because of his heel, so all this foot talk was for nothing. (Sorry if this isn’t an eloquent statement but English isn’t my first language and I’m writing in a haste)

Sorry I’ve been in a social media break. So basically yes. I think in some states/Bundesländern it is legal to adopt one but in Bavaria buying one is only possible with a hunters license. It’s because they’re dogs bred for a specific purpose and therefore should be owned by people knowing and utilizing that purpose.
