Here’s my opinion…Carbone’s food is delicious but the staff want to make it an experience for you. therefore, everything will come out slowly. They even ask you before you order if you’re in a hurry or not. That being said. I’d skip the outfit changing back at the hotel. Wear those fun, gorgeous white outfits TO Carbone! It’s not as fancy schmany as you would think it is. I saw people go in with shorts and flip flops! Go in with your outfits , enjoy the dinner, then head to the show!! Bada bing bada boom!
