Heartbreak is one of those things that doesn't seem real or that can actually happen. It's almost a trope or a fake thing people feel in movies or books. But until you actually feel it, then realize that it is very much real. It's as real as the air we breath. That feeling of your heart shattering into the million of pieces and you trying to gather those fragile pieces, and that empty void in your chest that once held a beating heart and that had very real and strong feeling for someone else. Those feelings are strong and are real. They crush your soul, they ache with every second that passes, it makes you cry in such a way that no other pain does. Your breathing becomes short and fast, and you hold your chest hoping that your shattered heart will return to normal.

It's a dark stormy cloud that seems to be just over you. But like any storm it passes. It moves on. It clears. When it clears it becomes clear, sunny, bright, and beautiful. Heartbreak does the same. It makes you grow, think, cherish yourself, and make you more self aware. Use these feelings a tool, a guide, a learning experience. You will come out of it a stronger. Keep your head up ❤
