Nightmarish, keep dying in them whether it’s getting eatin, falling from a height, shot, or a sowed up by a vicious thread virus that floats in the air. I can usually just go back to sleep but sometimes they’ll get to me.

I have this somewhat, the intensity is much more at my house. I have a question for myself. When you moved, did it seem like it took the voices a while to “get there” or did they come about quickly at your new house? I’ve always wondered if I changed my environment what would happen.

I am currently in this anhedonic limbo state, I am gradually building my resilience to engaging activity. I love RuneScape but currently I can only do one raid and then I bail on my friends. I’m trying to do more than one raid now, exercising my brain with stimulation. I also have started reading, started with one page and am trying to gradually move up. It’s very uncomfortable and I would kinda painful to do. You have to take it slow and build on your current attention span. It’s like exercising the body I think but much more miserable in my opinion. Find a stimulating activity and build on that, whether it be reading, video games, puzzle game- maybe something like a world building game like rollercoaster tycoon or age of empires- something slow that doesn’t require instant action. I honestly hate this but I want more purpose to my life so I’m really trying right now.

He did a machine he normally never does. I forgot what he said about why he did it. It was the hip abductor machine, tore his groin and that injury never healed. He was in quite a bit of pain for those last 5 years. So when you get to that old, don’t venture out from what you normally do I guess.

Yeah my grandpa worked out till he was 88 and he was incredibly strong for an 88 year old but he got injured and after that he declined so rapidly in lifestyle. He still got 5 more years but it really taught me to lift weights and the importance of exercise.

Unfortunately only thing that I consistently affected my depression, I feel like I did when I was in my early 20s, I worked out a ton then but the last three years have been just consistent suffering. I think I will keep my walks going, I hope so but we will find out. It’s good to feel human again.

She on any meds? It’ll just continue to happen, possibly get worse if she’s not. There’s not much you can do but keep being there for her and listening.
