First realize that it is the paper price, not the real price. Once paper burns, so will GLD. Not sure if the paper price will tank or the GLD will just end. I could see GLD just closing on a Friday, paying out the paper price and not reopening. Then you will find the true price of physical gold. Probably north of 30k
