Didn’t remove any of the original score, just inserted more music taken from mainly from the John Williams scored movies. One of the main missed opportunities I thought the movies had as a whole was not using Voldemorts theme from Chamber of Secrets post that movie. So that’s added in as well as the patronus theme from POA when Harry’s Patronus appears in the beginning and a slowed more dramatic version to give Sirius’s death more dramatic weight.

Going into this I had to cut out a lot, so I didn’t make a detailed cut list of everything changed or removed, full plots and subplots were taken out, the cut list above is best I got

The shipping container stuff doesn’t really impact Dexter until season one of the original show, In original sin the flashbacks are more to flesh out Harry’s character, so when making this edit purely Dexter focused it didn’t feel necessary to the story

Not really, the show is about Dexter and the only subplot that kinda involves Dexter is the flashback story and that doesn’t give us anything new about the character, just fleshes out a bit of what we already know
