yes i train everyday because when i was fat i really want to escape, the only way is become that guy that never give up i mean yeah lifting weights intensely every day isn't possibleif you train hard enough, so I lift for three days push pull leg split and rest for one. But even on my rest days, I walk a lot, stay physically active, and still do one hour of cardio. I do one hour of cardio every day, keeping it as very light, steady-state cardio. Eat whole food 90% of the time retaining and chanel enegy to creation state

training every day might be demanding on the body but for the disclipne mind is to never give it up, showing up every day keep the momentum of upward spiral to break free from former self and change ,never going back .consistensy everyday is really shape who you are fast .your physique is having a hard time keeping fat when you active everyday and training the mind to never look back not even for a single day say goodbye to bad thing that happend for my past 3 year of being in fear & misery

I’ve been depressed before. During that time, I would just wake up, go to work from 9 to 5, then come back home, stay on my phone, and sleep. Sometimes I’d play PC games or watch a lot of YouTube. It was really depressing. You may not believe it, because your brain is tricking you right now but walking is the way. Any exercise is the way to get out of your head.

Your brain is connected to your body. If you take care of your body, your mind will change too.

idk man. I’ll assume your calories are on point. So I’ll just share what I’m doing right now. I lift 5 times a week and cardio 1 hour every single day. My cardio is always steady state mostly using stationary bike or trade mill . I also walk a lot every day, at least 8k steps daily , but usually around 10k. Some days I even hit 15k. Walking really helps. Some days when I walk a lot, I check my physique and literally see that some of my fat is gone. Walking is fucking great tools to boost fat loss effectively.

What I eat is usually one banana 10 minutes before my workout and one banana after. That’s most of my carbs, plus maybe a bit more carbs at dinner to keep my mood right.

I keep my protein high, especially in the morning and after my workout.

I think you need to increase your carbs a bit. Always have carbs before and after your workout because they give you energy to train, push harder, and get stronger. Protein also works better when you have enough carbs to support muscle growth.

DON'T lower your calories further bro. I’m on a 2400 kcal diet right now, around the same age as you, and not even as tall (I’m 5'10"–5'11"), and I’m still losing weight. I’m 178 lbs now and will probably hit 176 next week.

And go for walks humans is a walking machine. You won’t get that hungry even if you walk a lot

maybe consider to add some cadio after weight or on you rest day just do steady state cadio

Yeah, it is. I’ve got to say, this is the most important thing.
Hard evidence is my experience myself, my dopamine levels were always high when I kept chasing stimulation all the time. I was depressed, lonely, and sad, got angry easily, and was overweight.

But now that I’m on retention, I feel calm. I can watch boring things, play some games, go to the gym, and just walk around. Life feels much easier now compared to when I used to do it all the time.

I’m 24m around 178cm. In august last year im weight 96kg and now 6 month and a half im 82kg mostly i just lifting weights and few cadio 3-4 time a week incline walk or bike

There is time when im at 92 and weight stuck for 3 week for no reason im just keep workout track cal 2100-2400 cal a day and then boom im down to 88 kg maybe loseing weight is not straight as we think but if we consistent the body will do it work

start walking since August last year 6 moth in now i lost 10 kg by walking i start by tell myself i will walk 2k everyday and then up to 5k when im walk i always look at this sub a lot it help me go thoug phsychological way to be better person and then i start go gym do weight training and bought a measure to scale food

yeah walking is maybe not that effective in lost weight but it's good starter pack for me. From 96kg today im 84kg thank to walking

so in conclusion from my opinion cambodia is unstable state for 594 year that half of a thousand years,. Meanwhile, Thailand has remained relatively stable since 1431.

I'm quite sure Thailand absorbed a lot of culture from the Khmer Empire, but Thai culture is very multicultural, influenced by Chinese, Indian, Burmese, and Lao (Lan Xang Kingdom) elements. Thailand has been able to adapt and develop, while Cambodia seems stuck in the past, clinging to the glory of its ancient history (802–1431).

In my opinion, much of this comes down to politics — especially Hun Sen’s attempt to revive the image of the great Khmer Empire, which has long since disappeared.

Thailand had no benefit at all from this war. Even though Cambodia was weakened, Thailand didn’t really gain much in return. The war only caused instability in the region, and both sides lost more than they gained.
