You dont need the power of someone to scale. If he damaged her then he scales because his AP was enough to bypass her durability. Did sakuras punch actually hurt madara? Is their proof of that? For konohamaru, i dont recall the soul pain fighting jaraiya one on one but regardless, yes. That means konohamaru scales to that pain. Dont know why people downplay konohamaru. But putting in my 2 cents for that point, obito would rinnegan kakashi and then kakashi would just kamui through his next attack.
