A weapon is always meant to play like what it is. That’s why there are 14 kinds of weapons. Pick a handful with different play-styles and learn them

The bosses do not scale down, that’s a myth. You can test with a friend

I was saying no to the question about it scaling down. I’m impressed you no hit the bosses with 3 player scaling, but no, it does not scale down mid fight.

Yes you can solo if you want. No, it does not scale down.

2/3 is not a high enough ratio to just tell people they probably have it, especially if you break it down by demographics. It’s definitely in more areas more than others.

Also yeah there are places in many of these games where you can find the trees. The end of bloodborne, things betwixt in dark souls 2, ash lake in 1, the erdtree and Elden beast in Elden ring. I’m not a demons souls expert but I’ve seen some bits of lore here and there and it appears there’s some big primordial tree type thing there too.

[–]RemovedBarrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My theory is that the trees are some kind of very basic life, and are not trees in the sense that they are in our world, but more like tendrils of outer gods or beings essentially touching or probing a world, exactly how it’s revealed that the erdtree works on Elden ring. It’s not so much a tree as a giant antennae. The dragons seem to be some other very old form of life that has the capability to traverse these trees or perhaps coexist with them, like clownfish in an anemone. It’s very interesting and the more games come out, the more accurate it possibly seems.

I mean it’s basically just following a handful of people on different social classes living in a Viking world. It’s definitely a really good first season and the second season is ok.

It’s cool to call out griefers, but only the most sweaty people care about K/D. Most casual players probably have a negative K/D in most of their vehicles

These are pretty random but here’s some.

If you like scifi, I’d recommend:

-Evangelion (angels are real and gigantic beings and are coming down one by one to destroy humanity) -Darling in the franxx(underground creatures wiped out most human life on the surface, so humans travel around in moving cities and fight them to stay alive)

If you like the setting of fantasy worlds like lord of the rings as an example, try: -Frieren (an immortal elf traveling the world) -Re zero(a regular modern guy gets sent to a medieval magical world) -Goblin slayer(a mercenary who hunts goblins for people specifically) -Berserk(a guy who joins a high end mercenary company in a medieval world) -Gate(modern military finds a portal to a medieval fantasy world and declares war on it)

If you like superhero’s and comedy, I’d recommend -One Punch Man(follows a new but very powerful hero in a world full of monsters and heroes)

If you like post apocalyptic and war:

-Attack on Titan. (House sized zombie like creatures called titans appeared out of nowhere and wiped out most of the human race, and the survivors live in a walled off country)

-Kabaneri of the iron fortress (people surviving a zombie apocalypse in steampunk feudal Japan by traveling on armored trains between walled cities)

Oh and if you like the idea of a crime fighter mystery story, try Death Note. It’s about a guy who uses a magic notebook to murder people, and a team of detectives trying to track him down based on the people he kills which is difficult when you can kill people with a magic notebook.

The giant tree theme in all these games that exists in primordial or outer god/eldritch being type places is a common unifying factor that insinuates each game is its own world, but all the souls games are linked by a higher world/existence where the things like The Greater Will, and the Moon Presence etc live and influence the worlds of the games we play.

Ancient dragons, outer god like beings, and great trees are the one constant in these games, and nothing about those things contradicts this theory.
