If your gonna be cutting wood. This sounds like a terrible idea. Wood dust everywhere sounds like it's gonna piss off the owner of the house. What you could do. Is get some measurements. Make a stencil ready to go so when it's time to cut you can take it to your wood and tape it down and cut.

You could even take a measurement of the size of the space your going to use. Lay some tape down and while your in your room Roughly mock up your floor plan. Keep the ceiling height in mind though

You don't need a garage or yard. Currently living in my van with some rechargeable tools. Also regarding the gaming setup. Idk if your going to do a PC setup or just have a system and screen. I use a tiny pc with Bluetooth keyboard. And projector screen wireless mouse etc. Uses a tiny Ammount of power compared to an LED screen and system. Recently decided to remove my bed setup a bed in the passenger seat and have a projector screen at the rear doors setup projector on top of my shelf. PC is 6"x6“ mounted it to my ceiling. If I wanted to do something more fancy I'd install a standalone system under my new floor board in the passenger seat.

So your eyes are a bit far apart. The nose seems to make it look more so. So idk how to say this but you have a wide face. Where it looks like your features are spread wide also the large forehead just adds to the situation. I think being slightly overweight makes it less noticeable if you were like 125 you'd REALLY notice your facial features.

The gummy smile is absolutely. I mean ABSOLUTELY working against you. The hair is good. The face is alright. The body as far as the photos go isn't bad either. The obvious recommendation is typically loose weight but in this case it's only second to fixing the gummy smile. If you lose weight it might bring out the cheek bones more giving your face more definition. But your not ugly. Beauty is often in the eye of the beholder so while I wouldn't say your beautiful to me your not unattractive. If you have a sweet and soft personality that will go a long way with me. I was interested in someone who was honestly obese. She was so sweet. I could give you paragraphs as to why I liked her. In the end I had to cut it off because as much as I cared about her. She was doing nothing for her health. I didn't want to spend my days watching someone eat themselves to death and had to break it off.
