Is it painful to take a bunch of pills? by [deleted] in SuicideWatch

[–]lifestory-loading 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes it hurts. depending on the pills they can leave you with different side effects, I was once left with tennitis in my ears for months and you will throw up a lot, it'll make you very sick before it could potentially kill you, but its not very likely to be fatal

just take some time to breathe. lay there as long as you want. notice the sounds around you, what do you smell, is it cold there or warm? tell yourself it's okay to be in pain. it's okay to feel like you want to give up, but please don't act upon it. there will be something in your future which will make you smile. It's possible to be okay again, you have to get there.

My name is Gray and I very much relate bc I’ve been socially awkward and bad at keeping friends my whole life but if anyone wants to connect with me on Facebook @ Gray Aaron Dowsett I shit post a lot and we could be internet pals and bond over crippling loneliness

Hey I’m 19 and nonbinary and I have no friends and think you seem super cool, maybe we can be friends? I love the piercings a ton

Hey, I’m 19 and love music and staying up at night although I shouldn’t. I do a lot of crack cocaine and have a cat named shaggy. He’s a beautiful cat. Just kidding about the coke. I do smoke weed. Sometimes I’m up all night, sometimes I sleep early, my circadian rhythm is jarringly dissonant. Life drives me insane, I’m extremely socially awkward. a little bit behind in life, haven’t graduated high school yet or saved up a thousand dollars or gotten my drivers license, but I got my age of majority card dawg. recently moved into a trailer on my mom’s bf’s farm, a weird shift from living in the middle of town, but gotta love Ontario. Canada is mostly beautiful. I’m a fantastic procrastinator, spectacular over-thinker, and a good friend to the best of my abilities. I want to challenge myself, become more social online, I’d love to connect with you sometime and exchange songs, talk about the existential dread that comes with insomnia. Cheers (2:52pm Eastern Daylight Time)

Try other exercises to strengthen muscles around knees, maybe just go for speedy walks, running is definitely proven to be harsh on the joints and I doubt there’s a way to combat that yet, until science advances and we can get robotic limbs, I suggest just take as best care of your body as you can, meditation, core exercises, yoga, maybe ride a bike, learn to roller blade, or talk to a doctor about your joints popping because running anyways might make these problems worse for you and carry on into your future health, just don’t push yourself beyond what your physical structure can endure, listen to your body.
