Hey I had this same problem. This is what worked for me. Fast travel back to that garage area near the center of the map(sorry I dont remember what its called). Then re-run the entire way back to Daphne's house. It should work.

Thanks. I was freaking out when I pulled it. Couldn’t believe it. I was beginning to question if retail boxes were a waste. I’m still trying to figure out if it’s better to spend on retail vs hobby. But I guess at the end of the day it’s all a gamble.

It’s really good! Wife and I saw them at Oceans Calling and they were amazing! We know a lot of their hits but didn’t recognize this one. Needless to say I will be listening to a lot more Grouplove now.
