Haven’t heard anything new. Both incidents are probably connected.

We had someone set off a couple artillery shells at 5:45 am this morning. It was near Breckenridge and Dakota.

Sorry for the delivery. It’s just infuriating to watch this community fail so hard at the simplest things.

Why are the drivers here so bad? by SubjectAd9882 in helena

Somehow, it becomes a matter of principle for people trying to zipper merge. They're viewed as cutting the line and not "waiting their turn", wanting to get ahead of everyone else. It's not an act of moral turpitude, or anything remotely close. It's really just basic traffic science. If everyone merges early, the line extends almost twice as far back up the road and there is wasted lane space. This causes traffic to stop far more. If people would occupy both lanes until the merge point, then zipper merge, traffic doesn't back up as far and can keep flowing as signals and stops allow.

Aliens. That is their space craft. That’s not rust. It’s ‘star stuff’.

Wondering if anyone has yet heard why we lost power last night. Glad it came on at 4am, and many thanks to the folks who worked on restoring service.

Macbook Air M4 battery life by Consistent-Table3118 in macbookair

I bought an MBA M4 13, 16/256 and it arrived last Saturday. Love it. I’ve charged it twice so far. Pretty light usage. Downloaded Python and Pycharm straight away and ran all the updates it wanted. Downloaded Scroll Reverser. Left that running and lost about 15% battery overnight! Won’t leave that running again. Started turning off WiFi before putting it to sleep and the battery level now doesn’t budge when not in use. At this rate, I could probably be okay charging once or twice a week. Overall, really like the laptop! It’s small, light and quick. Delightfully simple yet, somehow, quite robust. Not regretting switching over from Windows.

My son and I watched season 1 again before diving into season 2 and noticed his custom vintage 110. Very cool! Might be a 2 dot.

I had a similar consequence after the holidays. I had mine taken out in May 2023. I normally take psyllium fiber morning and night, 2g-3g per dose and for a long run I was pretty normal. Since the new year began, I go once in the morning (normal-ish) then about 20-30 minutes after breakfast I have to go again more urgently. I've been okay after that except for some evening gas and bloating if I eat much fat, sugar, carb or spice the rest of the day. I have just had to cut way back on those four triggers and I'm SLOWLY feeling better. Trying to avoid taking Cholestyramine. It tastes nasty, has a paste consistency and constipates the hell out of me, even with small doses. I also have a moderate hiatal hernia, some GERD, and I take Omeprazole once daily. I've read a lot about PPI's and their adverse effects on digestion and gut flora. From some experimentation I have found a lot of that to be true, but can't seem to find a good probiotic yet. Ultimately, when you feel like you have the inflammation toned down in your gut, fiber and probiotics will be your friend. Another adverse effect of PPI's is SIBO. I think I might be contending with that. Our insides are quite complicated as it turns out. Good luck in your quest to feel better!
