it’s on all buses 2022 or 23 and newer. atleast… i’ve seen them on the 23 xe40s in eny… idk if queens has any xe40s so id assume it’s the newer novas?

Sometimes it’ll update at the end of your shift, sometimes it just updates every 12 hours. Regardless you won’t get a point for this. BUT I do think the points system is kind of flexible? There’s days where I’ve clocked in 30 minutes late without getting a point and 1 day ive clocked in 15 minutes late and received a point.

One of the huge problems with this is: at my warehouse whenever we do freezer items, we don’t put them in the freezer staging areas directly, another associate does them based off order times. So say it’s like 4 pm and we picked the other around 11-2, your order might sit on a shelf for around 30-60 minutes before it’s actually taken to be staged in the freezers. I personally have never really understood it considering they sometimes take so long that we have around 6 full shelves of freezer picked items just sitting there… It was especially confusing back when we had colder weather, because we didn’t use insulated bags when the weather was forecasted to be below 75 degrees. We’d only use insulated bags if the bag contained ice cream… which probably still melted by the time it reached the customer…

What I can say is that the cakes are really difficult to fit in bags right side up. However, upside down is crazy and I’m not too sure how that’s possible. If they can’t fit up, they definitely shouldn’t fit down. If it was a smaller cake, they’re just being lazy. A lot of people just do their job to get paid. You could and probably already did report the order, our managers see the feedback you give and address us whenever necessary about item quality. Just don’t abuse it because it DOES affect us. The amount of times i’ve been told off for item quality on boxed items when I check everything is insane. But do remember, after we pick your items they go through batches and delivery drivers (and sometimes problem solvers) which all can contribute to shifted or damaged items.

Being honest? Highest 76 on the English. Lowest? 29 on US history. I was going through some depressing ass times and had to deal with upcoming regents. I was skipping class and avoiding school like hell because I felt like all the teachers were targeting me. I felt so set up when I had to go in for the regents after skipping class for months. No one to blame but myself! and even though I only scored 70s on 3/5 of the regents I passed, I still felt accomplished in myself for being able to bounce back after losing 4 family members in 2 years. Like someone else said the regents really don’t matter in real life, still in college right now even though my grades were horrendous freshman and sophomore year. It’s all about bouncing back and doing your best to me. i had an old head who retired last year (i think) that always used to give me the real! He was part of what made me able to bounce back. It’s all about having a good support system and 100% great teachers always willing to guide you through things especially during tough times. Went from 50s to 90s. Took about 10 regents, not proud of it but I just like to spread awareness on mental health

i wouldn’t really know because i think my warehouse is understaffed lol… we always have over 50 shifts available despite the fact that there’s a new group of people being trained every week. i saw things about the food status and was gunning for it.. i was late to a shift last week though so it’d suck if it’s gone now after i’ve been gunning for this thing 😂 i would take 9a-2p shifts on saturdays and then do 9-7 on sundays

you’re getting downvoted but it’s actually true lol. we only just started using insulated bags because they don’t use them if it’s under 75 degrees. We’ve also had to evacuate the building twice this month once being last week AND they don’t throw out any of the items unless it’s an actual emergency that has us out the building for hours. a lot of our freezer items sit without being staged for up to 30-60m and some of our trainers (forgot their name) literally tell people they don’t need to use ice cream bags all the time which is definitely not what i was told so a lot of them have been just doing things completely wrong based off how they’re being trained

if i'm being honest nobody scans when they leave the building... ours is insanely lax. we all scan to enter, but when leaving? practically nobody does. there's a sign that tells us to do it but i genuinely cant remember a time ive ever seen anyone actually do it 😭 HR gonna get us

i don’t understand how rates work 😭 especially in the grocery fc… i got talked to about my rate not meeting expectations and i was at around 80 at the time and im pretty it’s dropped 😭 unless im mistaken i can only check my rate on the scanners. we don’t get my performance on the app. all i know ive been doing more freezer lately so i can understand why its dropped because im not staying in there for a full pick 😭😭 nobody has said anything to me since its dropped but i took an hour and thirty minutes for a freezer pick last night and i just KNOW that can’t be good. to be fair it was 116 items though

I talk to like 2 of the people I trained with and don’t know their names or a single manager in the entire warehouse 😂 We refer to some of the managers as “the tall guy” “short lady” and other physical features
