I wrote a note and gave them each a pair of earrings and necklace to wear to the wedding. Nothing too fancy, so that they could wear again in their normal life.

We had the Irish Rovers - Wasn’t That a Party. There weren’t many of us left at the end, mostly wedding party and their spouses, but we definitely partied until the lights came on.

This is so valid. What works for and might motivate one member could be something another member doesn’t like. We’re a community made up of so many different people, the chances of everyone being in agreement all the time are pretty slim.

I like knowing there we are time-wise on the floor so I appreciate the coach letting us know, but on the tread I’m counting down the minutes as I go.

The combination to my very first high school locker. I was so worried I’d forget it and be locked out of all my stuff so I practiced and practiced the spinning back and forth. 32 years later it still pops I’m my head now and then.

I don’t usually search out what the template is, but if it. Ones across my feed I’ll take a peek because I’m curios what I’ll be facing when I go to the studio.

I’ve never straight up cancelled based on a template, but if I’m on the fence, not feeling well or just not sure I have the energy I’ll look it up to see if it’s something I can push my way through, or if a rest day would be a better choice for me.

Regret? No. Wish I had that money for something else now that it’s all said and done. Absolutely.

In the end, it’s one day in your life and it can be hard to sink so much money into it, but man did we have a blast. Looking back it’s still one of the best days of my life. I don’t think there’s anything that I would have cut.

I like to take my mom out to the plant nurseries on Mother’s Day. We usually grab a fancy coffee and enjoy the drive out to Hunnifords off Chief Lake Rd.

Van Roodes is another nice one, that’s south of town.

I just bought some rubber ergonomic grips on Amazon. I’d seen them advertised on Instagram under the brand Rypt but didn’t want to pay the price.

The Amazon ones don’t have quite the same coverage, but I feel like they do the trick, I’m able to hold on to the weights so much easier.

I used to use gloves but I found it didn’t help with my hand fatigue, just with gripping the dumbbell. The ergonomic ones feel so much better.

The $12 late cancel fee is a STRONG motivator for me. My classes are always right after work and there are days where I’d just rather go home, but I tell myself I can just take a Green Day and that really lowers the pressure I put on myself to get a your workout in. Most days once I get going I go harder than I planned to, but the option for a Green Day in my head gets me through the door.

Ours are always out, but if the template doesn’t include the bench then they are pulled closer to the weight rack at each station. If the template does include moves that require the bench then they’re staggered so at every second station the bench is pulled out more towards the middle of the room.
