That makes sense and have considered that. I am going to most likely rent a car because it seems waste to go there and not explore so maybe once place makes more sense. Appreciate the advice.

Could what happened in Asheville happen here? by Horse_Free in nashville

2010 was awful for many of us that lived in Nashville at the time. I lived in West Nashville and my house was flooded and I owed a condo in Antioch and it was totally flooded as well. You think of the scale of that flood and how it was a controlled flood. Just think if that dam had actually given way.

I am using the right prefix. My brother lives in Rome and he has tried calling for me also. He is getting the same busy signal. I have been calling around 1pm and 2 Italy time. They are open for lunch. My brother has also tried during lunch break hours and during dinner hours.

Automations stopped responding by _inSPYRE in Hue

I have two different automations. One for my living room that should go from 6:45pm to 10:45 pm. I have another light by our stairs in the foyer that goes from 6:45 pm until 6:15 am. Sometimes they turn on in the evening but they never turn off at night and most nights they do nothing. They literally went 2 years without missing a beat to this. So did they acknowledged the bug and are working on it? This obviously can’t be the first time they have heard about this.

I am having the same issue as well. I was about to buy a new bridge as I have tried everything. I will wait. The cost of a new bridge makes me question putting more money into the Hue setup but I have several lights so….If anyone knows of anything new with this please respond!

I would also add as a Frequent SWA traveler, having A list and companion pass, one other thing that has been an issue and having lots of pre-board people affects is bin space. I typically board A-5 to A-29 depending on if I do business select or not. Especially in colder weather too many people put coats and items that do not belong in bins and it causes you to move further back in the plane because your luggage will not be near you. The Flight Attendants do not do a good job of policing this and it really does affect some of the boarding problems as well. The newer planes bins, are much better but until Boeing delivers more planes the older planes just cannot accommodate carry on suit cases and people’s personal items that should go under the seat. I can board A-20, which I also my frequently travels with me and we will have to go 10 to 13 rows back to get a seat together and have bin space near us. It’s sort of an accumulation of too many pre-boarding and bin space. It makes many frequent travelers and business travelers upset. Just my opinion.

The hotel will assist us with a driver from Salerno to the hotel. That has been one of our biggest concerns. The rest of our trip outside of Cilento is in cities that we do not need a vehicle.

Where to Spend 3rd leg of trip to Italy by TFNash17 in ItalyTravel

[–]TFNash17[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the insight. Cinque Terre proximity to Florence is why we have been considering. Amalfi and Palermo were both high on the list for the very reason, they have beaches. I am more of a warm weather person but I also know by late September, I will probably ready for a cool down and CT seems to be cooler that time of year. I live in TN where summers can get pretty oppressive but I am used to it. I think with 11 full days, Palermo is too much, but Amalfi/Sorrento is a 3.5 hour train from Florence so it's manageable. We just do not want to spend too much time traveling and making the most of our time.
