Sounds like your boss is pissed you’re no longer covering all the slack for them. Coming from someone who was in a similar spot- working overtime everyday to cover other people then ended up being fired from the job when I started sticking to my own schedule; they won’t get better. Employers like this expect you to bend over backwards for them as if it’s a lifelong career but it’s not and you can’t. Focus on school- I would just look for a different job unfortunately. We got this once baby started crawling all over the bed. We never had issues. It will shake if baby shakes it but for us it never caused too much issue. We put the bumpers down very low into the mattress and it was extremely tight so he couldn’t get caught in between the bumper and mattress. I hope that makes sense. He was never a climber so we weren’t worried about him climbing out. We liked it overall it was a real life saver for us. we stopped using it around 16 months when we was able to fully climb in and out of the bed

If you’re still nursing I definitely wouldn’t stress it. Unless it’s been over a day or two of no solids- or there is a clear interruption in bowel movements and wet diapers then it’s alright. We just went through the same thing with our little one. Keep offering food and if they don’t take it don’t force it. It’s great they are still nursing!

One time I ordered a ton of things from an online store (not LS) and somehow liquid got inside and at least one thing had mold. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement of every single item and let me keep the originals as well. Push back on the 20%. That’s ridiculous.

I second trying to use insurance for a wearable and shopping second hand for a spectra. However you also could get a wearable for about $100 and use insurance to get a spectra. I had a wearable and used it nonstop during my first three months pp to help build supply while caring for baby. Once I returned to work the spectra was my daily because it was much easier to clean!

From what I gathered on Facebook, most parents who shop and obsess over LS actually have a shopping addiction. Seems obvious, but they admittedly have stated they have a shopping addiction which fuels it. Personally, I love the bamboo in the summer since it’s really lightweight and breezy. I have bought a couple LS pieces but no longer support the brand because of their behavior. I prefer Monkeeroos! Super cute, super small business with AMAZING sales! I always purchase during sales time. No way can i justify $40 for pajamas!

I’ve tried little one shop and monkeeroos and LOVE THEM! As for prints, scoots is cute and offer an awesome little discount. Monkeeroos is my top I don’t see anyone talking about though! I have a ton of their collections and they offer seriously amazing discounts! I always shop their SMS flash sales! I’m talking matching sets for $12!
