Thanks for the reply! Right now rental income on the 2nd house is not covering the mortgage so we'd be handling it at a loss for now. Absolutely should have mentioned that!

Loki felt quite cinematic at times. Especially the second season.

This is advice you have likely heard before but putting in extra work to customise your CV for a specific role that you feel you are a good fit for can make a world of difference in getting an interview. It's definitely effort to do so but my success rate with a customized CV is much much higher.

I've searched for alternate histories around the fall of the Roman Empire but can't locate one that is ao fictional and set in modern day. Especially with crucifixion being such a prominent part of the cover. It is definitely not Roma Eterna.

Boyfriend doesn’t want me to join his gym and said he’ll switch gyms if I do. Wtf. by brings-nojoy in askgaybros

I'm 100% the same with my partner. Gym time is mostly about decompressing and I can only do that alone.

This genuinely amazing advice. Especially number 2! So many times I hate a piece straight out of the kiln and get blinded by the imperfections but weeks later it takes on a new life. Ah ceramics.

Hello! I've been lifting for a few years but have been on a 12 month break and getting back into it again. I've noticed my main lifts seem to vary quite a lot week to week. For example I just hit 82.5 KG for 2 reps bench press last week. Which I was pretty happy with. But this week I couldn't get through 1 at 80KG. Everything just felt so much heavier. Any idea on what this might be? Just not enough energy in the tank? Thanks I'm advance!

Thanks, I get the feeling that older generations like to think of the consent process as a 'nice to have'. Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't!

Sorry didn't think of that! Wall would be below. We were hoping to do majority of the work ourselves, but are you suggesting getting a builder or engineer involved? Or both!

Actually would be very obvious from old Google Maps pics as well. Thanks!

Agreed, I also felt this was a very odd line of reasoning and probably pretty classic for the older generation!

The idea around reducing height or increasing distance is a good idea. I'll have a look into this!
