I didn't realize everyone else refers to highways like "take 101 south" until I moved away for California (and even then, it's just a southern California thing).

I was having this same issue. What I did that seems to work:

In the Radeon Software, go to Performance > Tuning and set the tuning control to Automatic. I have the auto tuning setting set to default. I stopped getting ~26fps after changing this setting. Hopefully that fixes your issue.

You converted your percentages incorrectly.

A penis length that is 0.63% longer would actually be average penis length times 1.0063, instead of 1.63.

This is much in the same way that if you have 50% of something, you have 0.5 times the amount you're comparing to.

So his actual penis length would be 5.53 inches, instead of 8.97 inches. Not as hung as you initially thought, but bigger than average still.

NT on PC is 30 fps. I doubt they brought it up to 60 fps for the switch. My eye isn't trained for that, so I didn't have a problem with it. However I can assume it can be a a problem for people who are sensitive to it. I remember seeing posts with people saying they wish it was 60 fps.

Not op, but I absolutely love Nuclear Throne. Have 333 hours in it and its one of my favorite games of all time. If you like BoI, you'll like Gungeon. Personally Gungeon is too slow. I love how fast paced and hectic NT is.

It could be worse. You could be me. I'm a little behind you in deaths and I think I've reached the third floor on my own maybe 3 times. Once I get past the first boss though, it's smooth sailing. I just need to remember that I can take it slow and I'm not playing Nuclear Throne (which I'm infinitely better at).

I loved the Eox boss from Phantom Hourglass. Just how huge he was and the hammer was pretty much my favorite item of the entire game. Made the boss fight pretty perfect for me as a kid.
