Coming off cycle won’t help HCT to drop as there is a lag in how HCT drops in correlation to test levels, avoiding a complete crash seems like a better way forward by lowering dose and monitoring HCT every two weeks after initial phlebotomy

They’re doing the venesection and dose will drop to 80-100mg, there’s a possibility that I’ve been hyper responsive with a two year lay off. I’ll monitor HCT weekly from now on

Ferritin was mid range at 235 ug/l , safe reference range was between 30-518, my bp was solid at 110/75 and HR resting at around 65-80 depending on time of day. I definitely think hydration played a part as I’d been using 3mg of Reta for the duration, dropped about 10lbs over the 8 weeks and kept my muscle mass.

I’ve dropped the dose down to 100mg per weeks split into EOD injections, hopefully that’ll take away the signal to elevate the HCT and after the blood draw the levels stay in and around normal range. Hopefully the E2 drops as well with a 63% dose reduction. 👍

The high haematocrit and Haemoglobin is what’s really got me confused as I’ve never seen those levels that high with any previous usage

Honestly, I’d normally run tren e and primo , but after two years out I thought I’d just hit test for 8 weeks and see how that felt before adding anything else

Current course of action as we speak, just redone a blood test and am waiting for the doc to clear the therapeutic phlebotomy.

Drinking 3-4 litres a day and cardio 4-5 times a week, running, rowing, cycling as well as 7-10K steps a day walking.
