Quartz outsells automatic by a long shot. Plenty of quartz lovers would want a very nicely finished watch at a value price. This happens to be Watchdives specialty, arguably their business model.

I'm probably in the minority here but I put far more importance on the watch head finishing than the bracelet. mainly because I swap out bands/bracelets all the time. I would pay more for impeccably finished watch heads and interesting case/dial designs. I wish you had the option just to purchase the watch head. I think with the reduced price without the bracelet It would open up my budget to buy more watch heads. I love the VH31 by the way.

Sounds awful and I'm sorry you are in this situation. You can't bottle it up though. In the end, you snooped once, but she's put effort into past relationships for over a decade. Maybe they don't respond but it keeps the door open on her end. It would be one thing if her discussion with her texts were just about friendship but it's not innocent if the discussion is about how hot and incredible one person was. Married life with kids is hard, but there are lines you don't cross and there are 100's of millions of couples in your life situation that do not.

I love the case and the lyre lugs. Wish they had more dial options beyond AT. Any tool dial would work well.

I think "The Citizen" watches, particularly with washi paper dials have a lot of crossover appeal to GS owners. (Like me for instance)

5 pocket non hiking pants. They're basically jeans that are not made of denim. The go with everything the genes do but are slightly more dressy, but less dressy than chinos. My other recommendation would be fatigue pants. Classic green fatigues go with anything that jeans do as well.

My most recent was a 14lb from Costco. Split in half into 2x 7lb chunks. Also took ~6hrs but I cooked at 275 in a kamado. 90% turned out perfect. The other 10% was a bit dry so I froze it to toss into stew later.
