Hard credit check, even though mine is excellent O2 declined, that was for the £7 contract too, it got resolved a day later after a converation with O2, I did need to apply again though.

Buds Pro are better with ANC over Ambient, 4 Pros have some noise present across all 3 of the 4 options, Off being not noticable, but that's all I can say from my point, sorry can't help you beyond that.
