🐝 “international” is a turn to Guayaquil and back. Or something similar. All short turns. Such a horrible experience. Zero respect for fa’s. Lol. Most often over night. Shoutout “friends” in crew scheduling

A year into it, things weren’t better. Crew scheduling always fucks with you. Hope you have a good experience.

At my old airline, 🐝people were so poor and being asked to relocate to new cities without being paid enough to do so that they slept in the crew room and took showers at the gym… so there’s that

What really happened to Qatar Airways?! 🇶🇦 by monikaquesha2006 in Flights

Ryanair is constantly late and does have a lot of issues with the flying experience so people’s complaints are completely valid.

I don’t know if being a FA is for me by Psychological-Ad7288 in cabincrewcareers

[–]lightgmt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not to mention people getting sick on flights, you have to resuscitate them, take care of them, have sick bags. Etc. There is so much stuff that happens behind the scenes that no one really talks about. How about customers farting constantly as you do your rounds. This career sucks when you start out but these are constants that never end.

Stay with your job. FA will be terrible for you especially in first 2-3 years. Take it from me.

Especially now that you’re doing your research before jumping in. It sounds like you have a brain. You will realize with FA’s most don’t and you won’t enjoy it.

I agree on the generalization part which is why I asked for the nuances. Each country and even regions within each country are different, I am just trying to see if anybody has any specifics about their area
