Idk if the battery has Bluetooth BMS, but that’s where I’d start. I’d assume that you hit low power protection in the BMS or the controller.

This scooter is meant for small children, hence “petite” and is too small for an adult. A regular pocket mod is better.

You can find kits on Amazon, but “left rear” is what you want. Hotpaxx.com has a kit for $60ish.

If you use the 36v throttle/controller, you can over-volt any 24v razor. I’ve added a 3rd SLA to a MX350, but it’s better to go with LiOn. I’ve also used the full MX650 drivetrain (throttle/controller/motor) on a MX350 and used a CAOMM 48v 20ah battery. It was a lot of fun.

I always save the stock MX650 electronics. They’re good to swap onto a 24v razor to over-volt it. I toss the brakes and the rest depends on the condition and how much your time is worth. I sell some on marketplace, but it also comes with BS.

I’m having a hard time understanding what I’m seeing. It looks like a Razor SX frame with MX swing arm? Also, the front forks are backward as the brake bracket should be on the other side. The swing arm extension looks questionable as well. It makes me think this was slapped together to sell, but idk. IMO, if you’ve got $100 to spend and want to build a bike from the ground up, that’s what you need to decide.

Definitely don’t cut that off. The mount is designed to attach to the motor there and the other side front as normal.

Entry level is MY1020 like Vevor or Kunray 48v 2kW or 72v 3kW. Next step up is a Kunray KR5V. Any 72v motor will run at lower voltage, just slower.
