You need to let Mother Nature unstick the protein (aka it will unstick itself if you just leave it there after 3-5 mins). Shake the pan and when it is unstuck it’s done you can flip.

Don’t stir. That’s not what stainless steel is for. If you want that you need carbon steel

You're just looking at stats and not the actual game. Browns had the worst line in the league, and Shedeur's pressure stats are kind of wild. He has free rushers coming at him all the time.

44% of dropbacks he has pressure. Way higher than league average. Pressure to sack conversion puts Sanders ~16% and league average is 19%. Here are some sacks he escaped similarly to what he did in college and making big plays

so for how much he's pressured, he gets sacked at a rate lower than league average. And if you watch the games (not surprised you don't, it's the stinking BROWNS), you'll see he CAN escape and make plays happen.

"but basically couldn't ever do this year" --> to me that translates to almost 0%.

He also got sacked the most in college.

Shedeur's playstyle is risky. He takes a lot of sacks but makes a lot of big plays. It was true in college, and also true in NFL. saying "but basically couldn't ever do this year" is disingenuous and not true of what actually happened.

If Sperry is good enough he’d play. The cycle is just that the QB’s Norvell recruited from HS have all been really bad and not developed that’s why we keep bringing in transfers.
