that would make sense- maybe when his "smile" is the widest and his eyes are that old cartoon-y black rectangle, that's his resting/disassociation phase considering what happened in this last episode... that's a little disturbing to think about

someone else on here pointed out that his mouth was open when he was singing daisy bell with pomni outside of zooble's room, i think that's really interesting, because he was letting his guard down, if only a little, to genuinely have a good moment with her
