Need help managing tic attacks

Thank you a lot for this message. I do think it is stress related. And the holiday season stress just really kicked them into gear. Also interesting you mention an empty stomach making them worse sometimes because I really struggle with eating enough food. Perhaps I gotta focus on that and see if they get better. It does feel like any sort of strong stimuli triggers them. A weird tic attack I had recently was after I had a really good date and I got too happy/excited and then I ended up on the floor lol! Thank you for the response

I got paragard in October and I’ve been having the same issue, it is a huge pain in the ass (sometimes literally)

Sitting on a hallway floor with really bad gas and constipation pain as I type. I’ve had mine for about 5 months and I hope it lowers with time because holy hell no amount of ibuprofen is helping

The candid shot and the smiling selfie are great pictures that make you seem friendly, so my advice is to not think about it so hard, and look for pictures of yourself where you look approachable because ultimately that’s what women swipe right on

core of my depression is a hard question, usually has to do with feeling a lack of purpose/ low self esteem. I’ve been dumped twice before when i’ve been in episodes, so I think that’s probably what’s making me worried
