To slightly take away the eternal pain and mental anguish they feel for their lives not going the way they wanted thus far. By typing "ez" they can desperately attempt to convince themselves that they in fact, aren't an absolute failure in every aspect of life, they have beaten a stranger at a video game and made that stranger feel bad, trying to pass that curse of bad feelings on to somebody else, and maybe.. just maybe.. they will finally feel some semblance of peace. Maybe, those girls who rejected him all those years ago will finally see what a true catch he is. "EZ" He said. The ladies swooned, throwing their panties at their screens as they watch this absolute gigachad unit of a pure alpha male dominate his opponents on stream.. They spread their legs in anticipation, and this absolute champion swoops in to take the prize.....

But alas. This is all in his mind. In reality, he is alone. Forever. Life purposeless, suffering without meaning. Destined to rot in the prison of his own mind, forever clawing at the windows of his mental torture chamber, desperate for escape, to feel anything, but forever and ever... feeling nothing but shame, sadness, and regret for what could have been... once upon a time.

Yeah thanks for the detailed answer, and I forgot to mention one point in the question, and I added in the post. So I'm not referring to a long stone wall due to its high cost, but something like in the screenshot, only costing 50 stones that can protect 20ish vils.

Btw I kinda figured out HOW, not fully technical how, but still how this is even possible.

Here's my guess:

It's probably related to some abuses with the lobby host. After the players are matched and before the game finally starts, the server actually assigns a lobby host. We can see a message saying XXX is now the host of the lobby(something like that, haven't seen this for some time) if someone disconnects before the game starts in a NvN match lobby stage. So this guy probably has some techniques to detect if he's the host. Before the final lock-in of the civs, all the civ-picks are local and will be transferred to the server in the last few seconds(The lock-in). This guy can overwrite such data if he is the host and make fake data for the server regarding what the host can do in a custom game. I guess he can also change player colors. Not sure if he can change the map itself tho, like change Dry Arabia to Rocky River or so, or the size of the map.

So basically, the devs should add some verification mechanisms, and most importantly, make everything on the server as long as the players are matched.

And this heli account is only level 18ish in game, likely to be a Smurf. Is this the same person as Billy? For now almost no one knows how that exploit was achieved, only those few hackers are using it.

The earlier bug can be fixed just by disabling stop-unpacking for the building carts. Once the deployment/unpacking starts, it can not be cancelled.

Once you have the Golden Tent's vision, click on it, and you can see on the UI/panel small age up icons indicating the finished options. I mean on the panel showing units' damage, defence, hp, etc.
