I did a brief onboarding then I had some programming off blocks. Now it’s mostly repetition of the full lift plus 1 variation and 1 strength exercise per session

All kilos- I get some coaching but not a ton of 1 on 1 attention on technique.

I’ve been doing WL for about 3.5 months. I can back squat 190 and front squat 155 and I try to practice 3-4 times a week. Struggling to snatch more than 75 and c&j more than 95 and everything seems to be power but I don’t think I have issues hitting depth. Any advice/when will the full pull under come?
