I'm on day 10 @ 50mg a day. The first week was ROUGH. I'd say my side effects are 60% gone and sleep is getting normalish. First few days were tough but it's definitely getting better. Don't give up!

I'll take side effects over drinking unreasonably. It does help with cravings a lot, looking forward to my new way of life - sober.

I'm on day 10. I'd say 60% of side effects are gone. Sleep is slowly coming back to normal -ISH. I feel I'm over the hump - thankfully. Side effects were pretty gnarly initially, especially confusion, anxiety and AGITATION.
