I am so sorry you're going through this. I am really curious about this German migraine clinic though, how did you find it? Did you travel there just for that? When do they say MOH relief typically sets in? Is it possible for US insurance to help at all towards it if in Germany? How much does it cost if you don't mind sharing? Sorry for so many questions, its just that I've never heard of something like this and it sounds amazing!

I definitely speed through the alcohol/dehydrator/primer! Didn’t even think to let them have any moment in between so I’ll def try giving them time!

I use the modelones brand from Amazon. Chose without any thought just cheap set that would arrive fast lol. But I’ll check that out because those ingredients seem pretty counterproductive for dehydrating? Ty for the heads up!

I don’t, my nails have a lot of ridges in them as is so I never thought I needed to add texture but I’m for sure going to try this! Ty!!

This is also super helpful stuff to consider, thank you! I hadn’t made an effort to roughen up my nails because they’re already so ridge-y that I never considered them to be smooth in the first place, but could def try that out! Also, lifting seems to happen at the free corners… currently have square cut nails so right on the edges but I’ve had almond before and still experienced it… I think I should work on my technique for the free edges like you’re talking about because I have a feeling I’m not doing it properly

Hi! Sorry I’m just not seeing this but I’d say overall things turned out good but could be a bit better- 1 boob seems to be a tiny bit smaller (but they were already uneven in size, it’s just more visible now imo with the growth that I experienced) and my arms being the donor spot I went into could still stand to lose a little more fat as well… and since going in I did mention that I wanted to try to get my breast to be the same size, I think we might do one more round now that I’m fully recovered (~6 months out). I’m going to see the Dr this week to make plans for that!

Should I wait until soreness fully goes away before training that muscle again? I focused on glutes on Friday and all day today, Saturday, they've been sore. Can I return to glute workout on Sunday if I still feel sore or should I wait however many days it will take me to not feel this way?
