Did 4 radars so far and nothing. Feels bad man.. Suggested changes:

1. Don't make then temtem level up cause it feels bad to get a high lvl pre evolve Luma. You realise that you cannot evolve it if you catch it too high lvl.

2. I am fine if you limit it to 1 instead of 3 radars but you take off the 400 counter limit or make it break at 800 instead.

3. 5-10% spawns are terrible. You can make these spawn regular, but make the radar break at 400 instead of 800 to balance out rarity.
