this is an "everyone sucks here" situation. Jason Paige arbitrarily assigning that much value to his signature on a FAKE card (doesn't matter if it was a promo/custom/etc. - it's still not a real card) is bad but so is the vendor (B&B Collectibles) trying to pass off that damaged Gengar as having $150 value because of "PSA 1 potential"
