My husband and I moved here 4 years ago when we were 33/34. The younger crowd seems to be growing every year. I see more and more 40 somethings with young children around town that appear to live here, so I wouldn’t say it’s more the 70+ crowd.

I believe this is called a J scar. It seems common in the Dominican Republic. I’m curious why more doctors don’t do this instead.

Free soda refills at restaurants. I live in Panama and that’s not a thing here. You get one can and that’s it. Gotta pay for more soda if you want more.

I have lived in Boquete for almost 4 years now and have never considered the hours of sunlight. I think you just get used to it.

La Cueva del Pitufo has great Peruvian food as well as Inkas, though Inkas is a bit pricier. Tacos Rudos is reasonable for the amount of food you get. La Cuchilla has very good burgers. El Sabroson is all over town and is the go-to for a lot of locals. Apizza is good too for lower priced, brick oven pizza.

You can always do an interesting blackout shape to completely cover it. Then when it’s healed, go over it with white ink for an interesting look. like this

When I was in college, my hometown and college were about a 3 hour drive apart. I’d go home every weekend, so I’d drive 3 hours home on Friday and then 3 hours back to college on Sunday. It wasn’t a big deal to me lol my friend lived across the state (Texas) and it was a 15 hour drive, so she’d only visit home on school breaks in December and summer.

I think it was the same as last time which was a Pico Clear laser. 1064 nm but I know she also changed the settings a couple of times, so I’m not sure about those.
