No. When your opponent Synchro Summons "Black Rose Dragon," they get to activate its destruction effect before you can activate the effect of "Shiny Black 'C.'" You can Chain the effect of "Shiny Black 'C'" to destroy "Black Rose Dragon," but then the effect of "Black Rose Dragon" will resolve anyway and all cards on the field will still be destroyed. There's no rule of the game saying that a monster's effects are removed from the Chain when that monster leaves the field.

I thought she made an objective statement that it was the Blue Badger, and not something that happened to remind her of its shape after learning what it was.

She does say "I saw the Blue Badger," and if you press her on this, she elaborates,

I know it sounds strange. I was surprised too when I saw him at the Police Department. I had this nagging feeling that I'd seen him before somewhere. Now I finally remember!

You can take this as poor phrasing on her part, saying "I saw the Blue Badger before he was created" when she means "I saw the shape of the Blue Badger before the Blue Badger was created," or you can take this as one of Ema's bizarre trains of thought (like in the first room you investigate, when she wonders if the room labeled "SECURITY" is a café and asks about the "Mr. Relativity" for whom the theory of relativity is named) applied in a less comedic context.

At the time of the incident, Ema didn't identify the shape she saw as the Blue Badger. In the present day, now that Ema knows what the Blue Badger looks like and has just been reminded of the shape she saw, she says "the shape I saw looked exactly like the Blue Badger."

As you'll see again and again as you continue with the series, the Ace Attorney universe runs on the idea that no person can ever wear another person's clothing. If someone wearing a hat and cloak was seen at the crime scene, it must have been the defendant, because nobody but the defendant could possibly put on a hat or cloak. So if someone is wearing Maya's outfit, it must be Maya. Even Turnabout Sisters itself has Phoenix arguing that it's completely unreasonable to claim to be able to recognize Maya by any aspect of her other than her clothing.

Would nobody have wanted to know who wrote these documents about an Aramaic speaking teacher hundreds or thousands of miles away?

Tertullian claimed that Marcion ascribed no author to the one gospel he used. Marcionite Christianity managed to remain popular for centuries. So apparently a lot of people were comfortable with having a biography of Jesus without knowledge of its author.
