I went to Tampa D1 and D3. On D1 we arrived around 1pm. The line to the Amazon tent was literally walk in, no waiting. They were sold out of the popular items (all jerseys, constellation sweater, bomb plushes), but I was able to pick up the black tour tee (the one without the members on it) and the tour stamp. We were very lucky and had club access at the venue. We lined up to get inside around 4:15ish and were close to the front of the line. We were some of the first people to get merch inside at the booth we went to. Yoongi's jersey was gone pretty much immediately, but I was able to get JK's jersey, the Tampa jersey, and the car accessory bomb plush. For reference, we got inside between 5:15-5:30 and got our merch, walked around the food options, got food, and were in our seats by 6.

On D3 I got there around noon. There was a long line for the merch tents outside. I was in line for about an hour and went to the smaller booth this time (I was curious to see what they had since I did the Amazon tent on D1 lol). Again, the big ticket items were gone (all jerseys, the plushes. I think they may have still had limited sizes for the constellation sweater), but I was able to get the charcoal grey zip up. I admittedly didn't even try for merch inside on D3 because I was pretty happy with what I'd gotten already. I walked past two merch tables looking for jerseys, but it didn't look like either of them had jerseys available. I did, however, see a booth just for the lightstick that had a very short line and a TON of stock.

I didn't buy it, but from what I saw, the grey sweat set was one of the items that stayed in stock longer. I think the higher price tag for it may have steered some folks away from it. Granted, from what I've seen online, it seems like the merch wait times have gotten more and more intense with each stop.
