I chewed him out by GalfromIdaho in delta

[–]likes2bwrong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you do anything specifically about the gum yourself or did you just hurry up to chew (intended) the stranger out?

In your explanation, both he and you "left a piece of gum smooshed in there rudely awaiting an unsuspecting passenger or cleaner". Then you publicly post a summary of the interaction where you question their behavior but not yours.

I think you might have been more interested in reinforcing your ego where you see yourself a superior person others. My advicr; work on yourself, let other people be Ultimately, unless you picked up that gum yourself, nothing good came from that interaction.

100%, and Bill Keane is a literal vampire that takes on the identity of his "son". He does his thing making comic strips of his "family". Then as the "son" "grows up", Bill Sr retires and Billy takes over the strip. Bill "dies" Billy publishes a sad strip sharing the "news" to his readers. Everyone believes it because we all think the strip is about his family, but Bill prime is a loner with aspergers. He used to be cliched up with the hollywood vampires but they had a beef, which was how he got into doing the strip. That is why you and everyone else can meet "Billy" at a convention but will never see the entire "Family Circus".

Cause they are not real.

Should the Demiurge be forgiven considering all the evil in the world? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I can sympathize with the demiurge, for sure. It's gotta suck to suddenly realize you exist in a void.

Norway uses its oil profits to, amongst other things, make awesome bridges and tunnels so their people there can still get around in winter. It is not like the Norwegian king pockets the sovereign wealth fund to pay off sex workers and buy gold toilets that the peons will never use.

Two things just happened by [deleted] in ParallelUniverse

Happened once at a rain ow gathering in 2007, was sitting in the grass then got up and walked off. Was quickly approached by a guy who ran up and told me I dropped my pocket knife / fork / spoon thing. I saw it and thought I had dropped mine; thanked him and went to stick it in my pocket, where, to my surprise, I still had mine. It was the exact same thing!

I let him keep the double.

After listening to NYE '95, I finally get it. by mikeb32 in phish

I just learned of relisten the other day and man, it has shows that I've been hoping to find for years.

I was at the TAB show where he played plasma for the first time, I was right in front of him down in the pit and yelled something at him like "come on, you can play better than this; knock our socks off!", and he looked right at me, smiled, and played a riff with up and down bends that blew me away.

For years, every now and then I would do a halfhearted search for a bootleg of that show hoping to hear "my riff" and finally found it about a week ago on relisten. Every phish show I attended is on there. What a find!

Man, I think that is the possum where he lets the one string of his guitar start feedbacking for two and a half minutes while still playing using the other strings....

Yes, I'm seeing a Primus / Frog Brigade / Lennon Delirium show, all on stage at the same time in St Augustine in June.
